Strimla sallaten och tärna tomaterna och gurkan. Skala vitlöken och riv eller pressa den.
Smaka av yoghurten med vitlök och salt.
Värm pitabröden på en brödrost i 3-4 min. eller i ugnen i 5-6 min.
Hetta upp olja i en panna och forma falafelfärsen til små falafelbollar. Stek falaflarna gyllene och krispiga, 5-6 min. totalt.
Dela på pitabröden och fyll dem med färska grönsaker och falafel. Ringla över vitlöksdressing och ät med de grönsaker som blir över, som en sallad till maten.
