Koka upp vatten till quinoa. Skölj quinoa och bär.
Häll quinoan i en kastrull med 1 dl kokande vatten, och koka på svag värme i ca 20 min. under jämn omrörning. Smaka av med lite salt och späd ev. ut med lite vatten under tiden.
Grovhacka valnötterna. Skala och skär bananerna i skivor.
Lägg upp quinoagröten i en skål. Toppa med blåbär, banan och valnötter.
